Abstract

The organisations are systems of interrelation among people, therefore, they are places where conflictive situations often arise. The sociology has avoided its declaration in one way or another about this issue given the difficulties to face it. However, the new discipline Conflict Resolution brings about effective methodologies to appropriately deal with and manage any conflict in order to transform tensed atmospheres into growing opportunities for the organisation.
