Abstract

In this paper a correlational study on short-forms of the WISC for school retarded children, is presented.

In a sample of 313  pupils of  Valencia (Spain) with school difficulties, the correlations between the total IQ of the full scale (except the complementary sub-tests) and the IQ calculated for the all possible combinations of one, two, three, four and five sub-tests, are obtained.

In this way, short-forms with greater correlations and, on the other hand, with smaller correlations, are determined.
