Abstract

Psychologists in the fields of juridical and clinical psychology, and specially in the field of family intervention, have noticed and continue to notice in their daily practice certain types of ‘misuse’ or ‘inadequate use’ of services, laws and offered resources. This misuse happens as an attempt to maintain and foster old conflicts in a couple or a family, and also as a way to engage  services and professionals in the new emotional conflicts and relationships.
