Abstract

Working systemically is a very effective and quite new tool for conflict resolution and problem solving in schools. This article describes a systemic view for the most frequent problems presented in the classroom.
It highlights the need for coordination, and the convenience of collaboration between the different components: family, teachers, direction, administrative stuff. We discuss concepts like the role of the systemic school psychologist, the presenting problem, the person who recommends intervention. The article
finishes with the description of a successful intervention.
