Abstract

Nowadays sport has become an activity able to attract good crowds. From a systemic point of view, factors such as identity, narrative technique,  management and mythology applied to sport clubs have a significant
impact as regards their involvement in team success. Taking this hypothesis as a starting point, there are a series of new actions to be taken in order to improve performance. New perspectives in the field, such as sports psychology, are also possible.
