Abstract

During years 1995-2007, from the Equipment of Mental Health of area 09 of the Valencian Community we have developed three programs, Albanta, Ágora and Alalba, of rehabilitation and sociolaboral reintegration for people with chronic mental disease. Using methodology global of  investigation-action participativa, with frame of reference communitarian we designed and we applied program with four phases sequential and progressive, that allowed the suitable integration of any user who needed it, with different degrees from cronicidad, psychological. autonomy and  social network deterioration. Each one of the phases was implemented with a set of modules, in which physical areas, psychological and relational areas are worked l. In this work we limited ourselves to describe the  principles that have characterized our work in rehabilitation: accessibility, adjustment, parallel performance and synchronize in three spaces: personnel, family and communitarian, use of standardized spaces,  continuity of cares, work in equipment to interdiscipline, continued formativo recycling, communitarian participation, interinstitutional  coordination
and use of the common sense.
