Coaching is Psychology? Who can apply the Coaching and in what environments?

Abstract

The widespread use of the Coaching strategies and his employment for all kinds of persons and professionals, not always of the correct and desirable form, does that it is opportune delimiting his connection or separation with the Applied Psychology. Analyzing the contents and competences linked with the coaching we can come to the conclusion from that tries itself of a form to apply psychological strategies staying clearly inside the psychologists competences, with your specialization. On the other hand, the employment of Coaching for individuals or other professionals in different contexts might be also suitable, always and when there are established clearly his limits,  conditions, premises of application and requirements, aspects that work is analyzed in this paper.
