Abstract

Coaching emerged in the eighties as a tool to enhance human performance. Coaches non psychologists start to use it into business environments becoming strong in this field of activity. As psychologist true human behavior specialist and knowing that in the coaching very “psychological” aspects work,  what makes the psychologist is not the best qualified to implement the executive coaching? In this article we address this issue starting from the current state of business coaching and analyzing the necessary steps to  implement efficiently the psychologist coaching as psychologist-coach competences in different environments in order to define its role in the coaching showing their strengths and providing suggestions for applied  constraints.
