Abstract

This work is an expert report based on the legal question raised by the modification of the Civil Code concerning familly-relations between grandparents and grandchildren. This article raises a less habitual
question as soon as it request in the forensic report the evaluation of the grandparents and grandchildren to determine the suitability of the grandparents to begin a relationship with the child and to know if this relationship will benefit the child´s psychological development: a visiting request on the part of the grandparents with respect to a child with whom they have never known or have contact with, due to the fact that they have not had contact with their own son, the child´s father, since 11 years ago
