Abstract

This paper aims to analyse the formation process of the first attachment bonds and its influence on children adaptation to the school centre. Firstly, attachment bond is defined and the more significant predicters of its quality are analysed. Particularly, it stresses the stories of parent-children interactions which are set in the base of the different styles of children’s attachment. Moreover, it discusses the variables that affect parental acts. Secondly, it discusses the relationship between the experience of interaction that children have with their parents and their later capacity to create new social relationships. Lastly, it examines the characteristics of the children’s adaptation period to the school depending on the quality of the attachment they have developed towards their parents. It sets out a series of measures to promote the adaptational period within a model of children’s education
settled in the children’s welfare.
