Abstract

In the last years of development of a business organization a series of relevant events make the organization consider the study of the psycho-social factors with the intention of assessing and obtaining risk indicators that show how are affecting these events to the employees in order to prevent and take the necessary measures that will make that the new working conditions can not have a negative effect in the employees health and life quality, and therefore, they do not have either a negative effect on the organization. For this reason, the Psychologist and Prevention Technician in Applied Psycho-Sociology decides to start from a global assessment of the work environment, work satisfaction and work tension to make the first approach to the problem’s reality and to propose corrective measures, plan and reassess in one or two years time.
